The short version. We collect personal information only when you type it into a form on this site. We use it to reply to you and, if you asked for them, to send occasional emails you can stop with one click. We do not sell personal information, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not use session-recording tools.
1. Who we are
Total Wound Experts ("we", "us") operates this website. Our postal address is 6671 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89119. You can reach us at jonathan@stardistro.co.
2. What we collect and why
- Information you give us through the clinic intake form (practice name, contact name, role, email, phone, state, licence or NPI details and what you order) and the email sign-up box. We use it to answer your request and to carry out what you asked for.
- Email updates. If you enter your email in a sign-up box, we use it to send occasional updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honour opt-outs within 10 business days.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider, Netlify, records standard technical data for every request (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) to keep the site secure and to count visits in aggregate. We see totals, not individual people.
We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not use session replay, heat-map or fingerprinting tools. The site stores one small setting in your browser to remember whether you have already seen our email sign-up prompt.
3. How we share information
- Netlify hosts the site and processes form submissions.
- Our email provider delivers any updates you subscribed to.
- Legal requirements. We disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertisers.
4. How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept for as long as we need them to handle your request and our business records, then deleted. Email addresses on an update list are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.
5. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy, to correct or delete it, to opt out of marketing emails, and not to be treated differently for exercising these rights. These rights are recognised under the California Consumer Privacy Act and comparable state laws and, for visitors in the EEA and UK, the GDPR. To exercise any of them, email jonathan@stardistro.co; we will respond within the time the law requires.
6. Children
This site is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we learn we have.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, form data is transmitted encrypted, and access to submissions is limited to the people who handle them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
8. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on the page itself.
